Acceptance of Terms
The following Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Caribbeancom.com DVD Mail Order Service (the “Service”). Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. Your placement of an order constitutes your agreement to the Terms.
Placing an Order
Ordering products with us is easy and secure. Follow these simple steps to place your order:
  • Add items to your shopping cart by clicking the 'Add to Cart' button located on any product page.
  • When you've finished shopping, click the 'Check Out' tab at the top right of any page.
  • Click the 'Proceed to Check Out' button.
  • If you're a returning customer, log in to continue. If you're a new customer register by clicking the 'Register' button.
  • Choose a method of shipping and enter your credit or debit card details.
  • Click 'Submit Payment' and you'll be given your order confirmation number.
Our secure server encrypts all submitted information using the highest level of encryption technology available.
Payment Options
Currently we accept orders by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB and Diner’s Club cards.
Discreet Billing
Your credit card statement will reflect a charge from DTI SERVICES, INC.
Currency
Purchases are made and charged to your credit card in US Dollars
Discreet Packaging
All DVD’s will be packaged in a plain envelope or box without jewel boxes and will have the following return address: 1915 McKinley Ave Suite E La Verne, CA 91750 The packaging will not list the contents of the package or the name of the website.
Shipping
All orders are shipped free via US Postal Service Priority Service or UPS Ground Service and should be received within 2 to 4 business days after the order is shipped. Orders shipped outside the United States will be shipped via First Class Air Mail, and shipping times may vary. Orders are generally shipped the following business day after the order is received. In some situations, the order may be shipped two business days after the order is received. When an order is ready for shipment, an email notification will be sent to the email address used to register for the Service. Another email notification will be sent when the order is shipped.
Express Delivery
Express delivery, orders are shipped via US Postal Service Express Mail Service. The shipping and handling fee for express delivery is $20 per order (only for shipments within the U.S.)
Shipping Restrictions
Orders cannot be shipped to Post Office Boxes, and due to state or local legislation we are unable ship to the following states: Kentucky, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Utah. We are also unable to ship to zip codes that begin with any of the following three digits:

Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. There are no refunds after the product has been received. Defective or damaged DVD’s can be exchanged for the same title within 7 days of receipt. If you receive a DVD that is defective, please E-Mail to support@dream-room.net and provide the following information to receive a return authorization number:
  • Order Number
  • Product Title
  • Detailed explanation of the nature of the damage or defect
Once you have a return authorization number, return the DVD to us at our address below along with a copy of your invoice. We will make every effort to replace your DVD with the same title depending upon availability. Send all returns to the following address: 1915 McKinley Ave Suite E, La Verne, CA 91750
DVD Standards and Encoding
The DVD standard is NTSC. Generally, all DVD’s will be region free. DVD’s that are not region free will have the Region Code specified in the information section of the DVD.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
All products sold on the Service are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice, subject to the following conditions. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not pay for postage on returns. International customers are responsible for duty taxes and shipping if order is refused. Defective DVD’s can only be replaced with another of the same title, no substitutions will be made and no refunds will be issued. Except as expressly stated herein, DTI Services, Inc. makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the caribbeancom.com web site. Except as expressly stated herein, DTI Services, Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to DTI Services, Inc. arising from any product sold on the caribbeancom.com web site shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall DTI Services, Inc., its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to any product sold.
You acknowledge that caribbeancom.com contains sexually explicit adult materials and that you must be 18 years of age or older to enter, use and/or purchase from caribbeancom.com. Any and all DVD purchases from caribbeancom.com must be limited to your personal non-commercial use only, and we shall be held harmless from your actions to the contrary. DTI Services, Inc. makes no representation that the products on sale are appropriate or available for use in every location in the world. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws/statutes/customs and community standards related to your viewing of sexually explicit adult content and purchases from DTI Services, Inc.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, DTI Services, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. DTI Services, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, DTI Services, Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. DTI Services, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. DTI Services, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $250.00 (U.S.) are subject to pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. The Official Vivid Store is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by The Official Vivid Store.
We reserve the right to substitute out of stock or discontinued items with an item of similar or greater value.
Sales Taxes
DTI Services, Inc. shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of California. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or outside the United States.
Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against Caribeancom.com and/or DTI Services, Inc., shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Caribbeancom.com website shall be an appropriate Federal or State court located in California.
